美式涂裝工藝

　　American painting process

　　主要包括基材破壞處理、打底色、涂填充劑、涂底漆、打磨、格麗斯、修色、涂二道底漆、涂面漆、拋光打蠟等工藝。

　　The main processes include substrate damage treatment, base color application, filler application, primer application, polishing, etching, color correction, second coat primer application, topcoat application, polishing and waxing.

　　涂裝生產(chǎn)流水線的工藝流程

　　Process flow of painting production line

　　一、自動(dòng)涂裝加工工藝屬于小規(guī)格大批量自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)工藝形式，利用自動(dòng)噴涂、低溫快速固化、高速運(yùn)行的生產(chǎn)流水線，選用漆膜干燥快、光澤高、鮮映度好，固色性能佳的聚氨脂PU涂料，大批量生產(chǎn)具有鮮艷外觀，手感佳的瓶蓋外殼件。工藝流程如下:

　　1、 The automatic coating processing technology belongs to the form of small-scale and large-scale automated production technology. By using automatic spraying, low-temperature rapid curing, and high-speed operation production lines, polyurethane PU coatings with fast drying, high gloss, good clarity, and excellent color fixing performance are selected to produce large quantities of bottle cap shell parts with bright appearance and good hand feel. The process flow is as follows:

　　1. 上料

　　1. Loading

　　操作者在工作臺(tái)面的上料區(qū)手工將半成品酒瓶蓋套在夾具上,通過輸送傳動(dòng)鏈依次通過生產(chǎn)線的各個(gè)功能部件。

　　The operator manually places the semi-finished wine bottle cap on the fixture in the loading area of the workbench, and sequentially passes through various functional components of the production line through the conveyor transmission chain.

　　2. 靜電除塵

　　因塑料表面電荷積累和空氣灰塵存在帶電粒子，塑料表面往往吸附大量塵埃，使用靜電除塵器在工作表面形成高壓負(fù)離子電場并用高壓空氣流吹工件表面，有效清除表面電荷和塵埃。

　　Due to the accumulation of surface charges on plastics and the presence of charged particles in air dust, plastic surfaces often adsorb a large amount of dust. Using an electrostatic precipitator to form a high-voltage negative ion electric field on the working surface and blowing the surface of the workpiece with a high-pressure air flow effectively removes surface charges and dust.

　　3. 底涂

　　經(jīng)過火焰處理的基材通過輸送傳動(dòng)鏈進(jìn)入噴房,噴房內(nèi)的噴槍向其噴射涂料.同時(shí)基材受強(qiáng)制回轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)的控制而產(chǎn)生自轉(zhuǎn),使基材表面獲得均勻的涂層.

　　The substrate processed by flame enters the spray booth through a conveyor chain, and the spray gun inside the booth sprays paint onto it At the same time, the substrate is controlled by a forced rotation system to produce self rotation, resulting in a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate

　　4. 快速低溫烘烤

　　4. Rapid low-temperature baking

　　底涂噴完后,基材即進(jìn)入烘道調(diào)溫至60—70℃，烘烤1—2分鐘，溶劑揮發(fā)達(dá)到90%，涂料樹脂產(chǎn)生交聯(lián)反應(yīng)，漆膜硬化。

　　After the primer is sprayed, the substrate enters the drying oven and is adjusted to 60-70 ℃ for 1-2 minutes. The solvent evaporates to 90%, and the coating resin undergoes cross-linking reaction, resulting in the hardening of the paint film.

　　5. 面漆

　　5. Topcoat

　　底涂經(jīng)快速低溫烘烤后，漆膜硬化,此時(shí)基材進(jìn)入面漆噴房對(duì)其噴涂面漆。噴涂的方式與底涂相同。

　　After rapid low-temperature baking of the primer, the paint film hardens, and the substrate enters the topcoat spraying room to spray the topcoat. The spraying method is the same as the primer.

　　6. 面漆烘烤

　　面漆烘烤相應(yīng)要求烘烤時(shí)間延長至3分鐘，使漆膜有一個(gè)流平過程，而且烘道溫度要均勻，使溶劑均勻揮發(fā)。

　　The corresponding requirement for baking the topcoat is to extend the baking time to 3 minutes, so that the paint film has a leveling process, and the temperature of the drying channel should be uniform to allow the solvent to evaporate evenly.

　　7. 冷卻下線

　　7. Cooling offline

　　由于面涂層烘烤時(shí)間較長，表面有一定溫度，漆膜表面過軟，因此設(shè)立冷卻段，采用大流量通風(fēng)，帶走表面溫度，使漆膜層盡快冷卻硬化，便于下線包裝。冷卻后的產(chǎn)品由輸送鏈送至下料區(qū)，包裝下線。

　　Due to the long baking time of the surface coating and the certain temperature on the surface, the paint film surface is too soft. Therefore, a cooling section is set up, and high flow ventilation is used to take away the surface temperature, so that the paint film layer can cool and harden as soon as possible, which is convenient for offline packaging. The cooled product is transported by the conveyor chain to the unloading area and packaged offline.
