　　首先是防護性，以延長工件壽命，其次是裝飾性，達到美觀宜人。再次是特殊用途，以達到特殊性能。如：隔音、絕熱、防火等。

Firstly, it is protective to extend the lifespan of the workpiece, and secondly, it is decorative to achieve aesthetic appeal. Once again, it is for special purposes to achieve special performance. For example: sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire prevention, etc.

　　根據涂裝的目的和要求的不同，涂裝的涂層有好幾層組成，其中包括底漆、膩子、面漆罩光等。

According to the different purposes and requirements of painting, the coating consists of several layers, including primer, putty, topcoat finish, etc.

　　底層漆：是與被涂工件機體直接接觸的最下層涂層，底漆層的作用是強化涂層與機體之間的附著力，強化涂層的防護性能。黑色金屬在除裝之前應磷化，有色金屬涂裝之前應氧化處理。

Undercoat: It is the lowest layer of coating that directly contacts the body of the workpiece to be coated. The function of the primer layer is to strengthen the adhesion between the coating and the body, and to enhance the protective performance of the coating. 　　膩子層：對于粗糙不平的機體，使用膩子層有很多缺點，諸如施工麻煩、降低涂層與機體的結合力等。

Putty layer: For rough and uneven bodies, using a putty layer has many drawbacks, such as inconvenient construction and reduced adhesion between the coating and the body.

　　面漆層的主要目的是增加產品的光澤，用于涂層的最外層。

The main purpose of the topcoat layer is to increase the gloss of the product, which is used for the outermost layer of the coating.
