　　除塵器的工作原理如下：含塵氣體由下部敞開式法蘭進(jìn)入過濾室，較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉，含塵氣體經(jīng)濾袋過濾，粉塵阻留于袋表，凈氣經(jīng)袋口到凈氣室，由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。當(dāng)濾袋表面的粉塵不斷增加，程控儀開始工作，逐個開啟脈沖閥，使壓縮空氣通過噴口對濾袋進(jìn)行噴吹清灰，使濾袋突然膨脹，在反向氣流的作用下，賦予袋表的粉塵迅速脫離濾袋落入灰倉，粉塵由卸灰閥排出。

The working principle of a dust collector is as follows: the dusty gas enters the filter chamber through the lower open flange, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash bin. The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the bag surface. 　　濾筒除塵器工作原理：含塵氣體進(jìn)入除塵器灰斗后，由于氣流斷面突然擴(kuò)大及氣流分布板作用，氣流中一部分粗大顆粒在動和慣性力作用下沉降在灰斗；粒度細(xì)、密度小的塵粒進(jìn)入濾塵室后，通過布袋擴(kuò)散和篩濾等組合效應(yīng)，使粉塵沉積在濾袋表面上，凈化后的氣體進(jìn)入凈氣室由排氣管經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)排出。

Working principle of filter cartridge dust collector: After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the airflow settle in the ash hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; After the fine particle size and low density dust particles enter the dust filter room, they are combined with bag diffusion and screening to deposit the dust on the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the exhaust pipe and fan.

　　濾筒式除塵器的阻力隨濾袋表面粉塵層厚度的增加而增大。阻力達(dá)到某一規(guī)定值時進(jìn)行清灰。此時程序控制電磁脈沖閥的啟閉，首先一分室提升閥關(guān)閉，將過濾氣流截斷，然后電磁脈沖閥開啟，壓縮空氣以及短的時間在上箱體內(nèi)迅速膨脹，涌入濾筒，使濾筒膨脹變形產(chǎn)生振動，并在逆向氣流沖刷的作用下，附著在濾袋外表面上的粉塵被剝離落入灰斗中。

The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag. Clean the dust when the resistance reaches a certain specified value. At this point, the program controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic pulse valve. Firstly, the lifting valve of the first chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and compressed air and a short period of time rapidly expand inside the upper chamber, flowing into the filter cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform, resulting in vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow erosion, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.

　　清灰完畢后，電磁脈沖閥關(guān)閉，提升閥打開，該室又恢復(fù)過濾狀態(tài)。清灰各室依次進(jìn)行，從第一室清灰開始至下一次清灰開始為一個清灰周期。脫落的粉塵掉入灰斗內(nèi)通過缷灰閥排出。

After the ash cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lifting valve is opened, and the room returns to the filtering state. The cleaning process is carried out sequentially in each room, with one cleaning cycle from the first cleaning to the next cleaning. The detached dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
