一、在涂裝生產線上安裝或懸掛涂漆物品時要小心。為了保證浸涂時工件放置在好的位置，我們設計了通過試浸提前在涂裝生產線上附著吊具和物體的方法。被涂物體的大表面應接近垂直，其他表面應與水平面成10°至40°角，以便殘留油漆順利地從被涂表面流出。

1、 Be careful when installing or hanging painted items on the painting production line. In order to ensure that the workpiece is placed in a good position during immersion coating, we have designed a method of attaching lifting tools and objects on the coating production line in advance through trial immersion. The large surface of the object to be coated should be close to vertical, and other surfaces should be at an angle of 10 ° to 40 ° to the horizontal plane, so that residual paint can flow out smoothly from the surface to be coated.

二、必須對浸漆罐進行保護，防止油漆生產線上涂漆時溶劑擴散到工作場所和灰塵落入漆罐。

2、 The paint immersion tank must be protected to prevent solvent diffusion to the workplace and dust from falling into the tank during painting on the paint production line.

三、油漆生產線上對大件進行浸涂后，溶劑基本揮發掉，然后送至烘干室。

3、 After immersion coating on large parts on the paint production line, the solvent basically evaporates and is then sent to the drying room.

四、涂裝時應經常注意測量涂料的粘度，每班測粘度一至兩次，如果粘度增加超過原粘度的10%以上，需及時添加溶劑。添加溶劑時停止浸漬操作。攪拌均勻后，測量粘度后再進行。

4、 When painting, attention should be paid to measuring the viscosity of the coating regularly. Measure the viscosity once or twice per shift. If the viscosity increases by more than 10% of the original viscosity, solvent should be added in a timely manner. Stop the impregnation operation when adding solvent. After stirring evenly, measure the viscosity before proceeding.

五、涂膜的厚度主要由涂裝生產線上物體的升降速度和涂裝液的粘度決定。按上述要求控制好漆液粘度后，涂料生產線應根據涂膜z高速度30um左右，根據不同設備通過實驗確定合適的拉速。以此速度均勻地提升涂漆物體。如果牽引速度快，涂層就會薄；如果牽引速度慢，涂層就會厚且不均勻。

5、 The thickness of the coating film is mainly determined by the lifting speed of objects on the coating production line and the viscosity of the coating liquid. After controlling the viscosity of the paint according to the above requirements, the paint production line should determine the appropriate pulling speed through experiments based on the high speed of the coating film, which is about 30um. Evenly lift the painted object at this speed. If the traction speed is fast, the coating will be thin; If the traction speed is slow, the coating will be thick and uneven.

六、在油漆生產線上進行浸涂時，涂漆區域和底部區域的漆膜厚度可能不同，并且在被涂物體的底部邊緣上可能沉積特別厚的層。為了提高油漆的裝飾質量，可以用刷子或使用離心力或靜電抽吸裝置手動去除在浸漬過程中積累的多余漆滴。

6、 When dip coating is carried out on the paint production line, the paint film thickness of the painting area and the bottom area may be different, and a particularly thick layer may deposit on the bottom edge of the coated object. In order to improve the decorative quality of paint, excess paint droplets accumulated during the impregnation process can be manually removed using brushes or centrifugal force or electrostatic suction devices.

七、在涂裝生產線中浸泡木質件時，注意時間不要太長，以免木材吸收多余的油漆，減慢干燥速度，造成浪費。

7、 When soaking wooden parts in the painting production line, be careful not to take too long to prevent the wood from absorbing excess paint, slowing down the drying speed, and causing waste.

八、防止溶劑蒸氣的損害，加強通風設備，采取防火措施，定期檢查涂料生產線。

8、 Prevent damage from solvent vapors, strengthen ventilation equipment, take fire prevention measures, and regularly inspect paint production lines.
