拋丸機(jī)按鑄件承載體的結(jié)構(gòu)不同分為滾筒式、鏈板式、轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)式、臺(tái)車式、鼠籠式和吊掛式拋丸機(jī)等。

Shot blasting machines are divided into drum type, chain plate type, rotary table type, trolley type, squirrel cage type, and hanging type according to the structure of the casting carrier.

滾筒式和鏈板式拋丸機(jī)適用于清理不怕碰撞的中小型鑄件。滾筒式拋丸機(jī)靠筒體內(nèi)螺旋狀的導(dǎo)筋，使鑄件翻轉(zhuǎn)并向前運(yùn)行。鏈板式拋丸機(jī)則通過鏈板的運(yùn)動(dòng)，使鑄件翻轉(zhuǎn)和運(yùn)行。轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)式、臺(tái)車式和吊掛式拋丸機(jī)用于清理大中型鑄件，通常設(shè)有固定的拋丸室，被清理的鑄件在拋丸室內(nèi)回轉(zhuǎn)或移動(dòng)。拋丸室一般裝有幾個(gè)拋丸器，裝在不同的位置上，從不同的方位拋射彈丸，以提高拋丸機(jī)的清理效率和清理質(zhì)量。吊掛式拋丸機(jī)可根據(jù)被清理鑄件的需要，在懸鏈上配置若干個(gè)吊鉤，清理時(shí)鑄件掛在吊鉤上，在向前運(yùn)行的同時(shí)自行翻轉(zhuǎn)。鑄件在拋丸室外裝卸，在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行清理。

Drum and chain plate shot blasting machines are suitable for cleaning small and medium-sized castings that are not afraid of collisions. The drum type shot blasting machine relies on the spiral guide bars inside the cylinder to flip and move the casting forward. The chain plate shot blasting machine flips and runs the castings through the movement of the chain plate. Rotary, trolley, and hanging shot blasting machines are used to clean large and medium-sized castings, usually with fixed shot blasting chambers where the cleaned castings rotate or move. The shot blasting room is usually equipped with several shot blasting machines, which are installed in different positions and shoot projectiles from different directions to improve the cleaning efficiency and quality of the shot blasting machine. The hanging shot blasting machine can be equipped with several hooks on the suspension chain according to the needs of the cleaned castings. During cleaning, the castings are hung on the hooks and can flip themselves while running forward. Castings are loaded and unloaded outdoors during shot blasting, and cleaned indoors.

按工作制度又可分為間歇式和連續(xù)式拋丸機(jī)。

According to the work system, it can be divided into intermittent and continuous shot blasting machines.

①拋丸器一般用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪將彈丸在高離心力作用下向一定方向拋射。在工作過程中，有的拋丸器可作一定角度的擺動(dòng)或上、下移動(dòng)。②彈丸收集、分離和運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)。③使鑄件在拋丸清理過程中連續(xù)不斷運(yùn)行和翻轉(zhuǎn)的承載體。④除塵系統(tǒng)。噴砂房：無需深地坑（亦可不做地坑）、基建費(fèi)用低，施工周期短。拋丸清理機(jī)設(shè)備主要由拋丸器、耐磨橡膠環(huán)帶、絞龍、提升、分離器、進(jìn)料輸送、除塵機(jī)、清理機(jī)械組合而成。
