焊接煙塵凈化系統也可分為很多種形式，但大多數情況采用濾筒是除塵器。濾筒式除塵器優勢在于設備體積小過濾面積大，凈化精度高等。

4焊接煙塵的控制系統

控制系統主要分為兩種形式：

一是變頻控制系統，此控制系統需硬件配備變頻風機，電控管道風閥感應器件等。達到根據開工工位數量進行主機的變頻控制同事控制管道通風管路，已達到定向輸送吸風，節省運行能源的目的。

一般這兩種系統需要主機包含脈沖反吹功能。
